Green millet bajra is an oldest millet, that our ancestors included in their daily diet along with wheat. India is the largest producer of this seed and the largest consuming states are Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. This millet is healthy, as it has high fiber content, protein, fat, mineral, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus and iron. These easy to digest seeds, has no allergic reactions.
